Full Stack Engineer & Computer Science Student

I'm John Paul Mussalli, a Full Stack Engineer. I've always considered myself a self-driven person in everything I do and a lifelong learner. I've also always enjoyed working with technology. While I have an IT & business operations background, I have experience with various software technologies like HTML, Tailwind CSS, JS, React, SQL, Ruby, and Python.

I look forward to continuing to broaden my knowledge base, especially in ML, fine-tuning LLMs and AI in general. In my free time when I am not programming or tinkering with hardware, I like to read all types of books, go camping, and travel. All of these things help me see the world differently, grow, and appreciate life more.

I am proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.I develop back-end applications using SQL, Ruby, and Python. I create custom web applications tailored to client needs.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

I create and manage the implementation of automated workflows to streamline business operations, oftentimes with custom API integrations.

Product Management and Developer Synergy

I bridge the gap between development challenges and client needs, ensuring both are addressed effectively. I anticipate client needs and identify solutions they may not realize they need. I coordinate with development teams to create products that align with client visions and technical feasibility.

Fast Learner

I quickly adapt to new technologies and industry trends. I continuously seek to broaden my knowledge base, particularly in machine learning, fine-tuning LLMs, and AI. I apply new skills and knowledge effectively to solve complex problems.

Business Operations and Strategy

I work with small business owners to plan and execute digital process implementations and company-wide CRM transitions I am deeply interested in leveraging technology to improve business SOPs.

IT and Technical Support

I have experience providing technical support and assistance to staff and students, & upgrading and maintaining hardware systems. I also work alongside UX designers & key decision-makers to directly implement changes to improve the UX experience of our mobile app and other internal systems.
